ZSL London Zoo

Attraction · Regent's Park, England

ZSL London Zoo stands inside The Regent's Park, off the Outer Circle. Its main entrance, the boating lake and the Inner Circle side are in the City of Westminster, and the northern fringe along the Outer Circle is in Camden. No source states its opening hours, so none are given here.

History

Four structures at the zoo are on the National Heritage List for England: the Elephant and Rhinoceros Pavilion, Grade II, NHLE 1323694; the Snowdon Aviary, Grade II, NHLE 1323695; the west footbridge, Grade II, NHLE 1119765; and the London Zoo War Memorial, Grade II, NHLE 1434655. The zoo sits within The Regent's Park, itself a Grade I registered park and garden, NHLE 1000246. St John's Wood station, on the Jubilee line, serves the north-west of the park and the zoo.
