Arco di Giano

A four-fronted arch on via del Velabro, square in plan, on four piers under a groin vault carrying a high attic, built in brick faced with marble, much of it spoil. Two rows of three niches on each pier originally held 48 statues; only the four female figures on the keystones survive, read as Roma, Juno and perhaps Minerva and Ceres. Turismo Roma states that it is always visible from the outside. No source states its opening hours, so none are given here.
