Sessions Woods Wildlife Management Area & Conservation Education Center

DEEP's Conservation Education Center has an exhibit space, interpretive hiking trails including the Beaver Pond Trail and Forest Meadow Trail, and a Backyard Habitat Demonstration Area. Black bears are commonly seen on the trails, and dogs must be leashed. Education Center open Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.; trails and parking open sunrise to sunset. Phone (860) 424-3011.
