Sparks is a Midtown East steakhouse on 46th Street between Second and Third Avenues, a five-minute walk from Grand Central. USDA Prime sirloin is the cut the room is known for, and its wine list has taken Wine Spectator's Grand Award twenty-three years running.

History

Opened in 1966 by Michael and Pasquale Cetta, and still family owned and operated, per the restaurant's own account.
