Thirteenth on Golf Digest's 2025-'26 ranking of the Best Golf Courses in Massachusetts, and the highest-ranked publicly accessible course on that list: the club's own home page states, "The golf course and the restaurant are open to the public," and its rate table prices an "Unaccompanied Guest Without Cart (first round)." The home course of the Williams College men's and women's golf teams, dating to 1896, with eighteen holes designed by Wayne Stiles of Stiles & Van Kleek and completed in 1928, and renovated by Gil Hanse in a project the club records as finished in the summer of 2009. Par 71, four tee sets from 5,143 to 6,808 yards, Black-tee rating 73.5 and slope 134. Also 78th on Golf Digest's America's 100 Greatest Public Courses and 2nd on its 2023 list of The 25 Greatest College Golf Courses in America. The season is published by the club as 15 April 2026 to 15 November 2026. Visitors book through the Pro Shop, (413) 458-3997; the club publishes no dated green fee.
