Tillie's at the Clubhouse

The restaurant in the Old Course clubhouse, 2138 Business 220, Bedford, (814) 624-5735, daily 11 AM to 9 PM. In its own words it "offers a casually elegant dining experience at Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa, featuring classic clubhouse favorites for lunch and dinner," with "a full-service bar that highlights local Pennsylvania brews and spirits" and an outdoor fire pit with "sweeping views of the award-winning Old Course." It adds: "Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis—no reservations required." The clubhouse holding it opened in June 2017, 6,000 square feet with an "80+ seat restaurant," on the site of an original clubhouse "destroyed in a flood and not rebuilt." The name is a nod to A. W. Tillinghast.
