A very small nineteenth-century chapel in rione Trevi, whose official name is chiesa di Santa Maria Causa Nostrae Laetitiae.
History
It was built in the 19th century to house an image painted on maiolica stone in 1690 by the Bolognese painter Domenico Maria Muratori. The chapel is the work of the architect Virginio Vespignani and contains paintings by Costantino Brumidi. It was solemnly inaugurated and opened to the public on 31 May 1851.
