Villino Lupi
Historic site · Sant'Angelo, Italy
An early twentieth-century villino at the corner of via Catalana. it.wikipedia gives it as in rione Sant'Angelo and names it among the rione's architecture.
History
The building belongs to the clearance of the ghetto begun in 1885, which was slowed by the building crisis of 1888 and the failure of the Banca Tiberina. The plot was divided in 1909 and the villino was finished in 1910 to a design by Romolo Gui. In 1925 Salvatore Rebecchini submitted a scheme to add a storey and a Guelph crenellation to the attic.
