The Women's Building at 3543 18th Street, built as the Mission Turn Hall, is San Francisco Landmark No. 178, designated in 1985, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018, reference number 100002359. The MaestraPeace mural covers its facade.
History
The building's own site credits MaestraPeace to seven artists, Juana Alicia, Miranda Bergman, Edythe Boone, Susan Kelk Cervantes, Meera Desai, Yvonne Littleton and Irene Perez, and dates the work 1994 to 2009.
