A war memorial standing in the square of the Montagnola, surrounded by a public park, on the same piazzale as the church of Gesu Buon Pastore.
History
it.wikipedia records that the monument was raised after the war for the dead of 10 September 1943, when this quartiere, like other areas south of the city, saw fighting between the resisting population and the nazifascists in the days after the armistice.
