Nonsuch Park next to it is a Grade II registered park and garden of 123.27 hectares, NHLE 1001672, and its registered area straddles the boundary between Sutton and Epsom and Ewell in Surrey, which is not in London. The centroid of the registered area, the mansion and the visitor entrance are on the Surrey side, where Nonsuch Park House is Grade II* listed, NHLE 1378198, and the remains of the banqueting house to Nonsuch Palace are Grade II listed, NHLE 1028608.
