Historic site · Ponte, Italy
A small fountain on the piazzetta di San Simeone, which Roma Capitale's street register records as lying in Ponte alone.
History
it.wikipedia records that the fountain is sixteenth-century in origin, made in the works that branched the Acqua Felice conduit, and that it was definitively placed in this square in 1973. It stood originally in piazza Montanara, in front of the Theatre of Marcellus.
