History
Gordi's Fish & Steak House was established in 1986 by Bob and Muffy Copenhaver together with Gordi and Karen Eaton, per the restaurant's own About page. Per the same page, Gordi Eaton was on the U.S. Olympic ski teams in 1960 and 1964 and coached the 1968 Olympic team, while Karen Budge Eaton was on the 1968 and 1972 Olympic teams.
