The Australian military cemetery occupies a plot in the churchyard of St Mary the Virgin, Church Hill, Harefield, UB9 6DU, 64 m south-south-east of the church. History
Harefield Park was No. 1 Australian Auxiliary Hospital during the First World War, and Wikipedia records the plot as holding the graves of over 100 soldiers of the First Australian Imperial Force who died of wounds.
