Sarah A. and John F. Pappenheimer Preserve

A 101.87-acre preserve of mostly level forest and marsh, donated in 2005 by Sarah and John Pappenheimer. It abuts about 700 acres of Mohegan State Forest to the north; hunting is not permitted on the preserve itself. Roadside parking is very limited.
