Ponte Sublicio

A bridge over the Tiber of three masonry arches, 105 metres long and 20 metres wide. Roma Capitale's tourism service states that the present Ponte Sublicio joins the rioni of Trastevere and Testaccio at Porta Portese. Its eastern landing, piazza dell'Emporio, is in rione Ripa.
History
The bridge was built between 1914 and 1917 to a design by Marcello Piacentini and inaugurated on 21 April 1919. It carries the name of the ancient pons Sublicius, which was a different structure.
