Quintero's own site describes its on-site lodging as five Terrace Casitas, an Executive Loft and a Private Estate. Troon's press release separately states the club "renovated their nine stay-and-play units to provide guests with updated accommodations, including refreshed kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring and paint throughout the units and new furniture" — Troon's own figure, stated here as Troon's figure and not reconciled with the casita, loft and estate line-up named on the club's own site.
