A large recreation complex with an Olympic-size outdoor pool, a running track, soccer and baseball fields, a playground and a recreation centre with cardio equipment and exercise classes.
History
Opened in 1940, the last of the three Depression-era projects that also produced the Red Hook Play Center in 1936 and the Red Hook Houses in 1939. The landmarked Play Center pool complex stands within it.
