No source states its opening hours, so none are given here. Note that via di San Teodoro is itself named by it.wikipedia's rione article as the boundary with Ripa.
History
it.wikipedia says the church was built in the sixth century on the ruins of the Horrea Agrippiana, probably reusing a pre-existing circular temple, with works continuing to 1705.
