The Senate house, at the head of the Forum's short side between the Argiletum and the Comitium. it.wikipedia gives 29 BC to AD 526 as its span as the seat of the Senate, and records that the Curia Hostilia preceded it, was enlarged by Sulla in 80 BC as the Curia Cornelia, was damaged by fire in 52 BC, and was rebuilt monumentally in Caesar's works.
History
The building survives because it was a church from 630 until the 1930s. it.wikipedia records that Pope Honorius I built the church of Sant'Adriano al Foro Romano inside the Curia in 630, that Hadrian I raised it to a diaconia, that it was restored in 1228 under Gregory IX when the floor was raised three metres, and that it was deconsecrated and stripped back to the Curia in the 1930s. Curia and church are one building, not two sites.
