Sepolcro di Gaio Publicio Bibulo
Historic site · Campitelli, Italy
A Roman tomb of the early first century BC, at the foot of the Vittoriano on via del Teatro di Marcello.
History
it.wikipedia describes it as built of tufo dell'Aniene and travertine, with a surviving height of 4.76 m; only the west wall and a fragment of the south-west corner of the cella remain, and the podium is largely buried because the ancient street level was far lower than today's.
