A temple north of the Regia, between the Basilica Aemilia and the Temple of Divus Romulus. it.wikipedia says it was erected after the empress's death in 141 and dedicated by the Senate, carrying the inscription DIVAE FAVSTINAE EX S C, and that on Antoninus's death in 161 the line DIVO ANTONINO ET was added above it.
History
The Nobile Collegio Chimico Farmaceutico's own site quotes the same inscription and the same 161 addition. The church of San Lorenzo in Miranda stands inside the temple.
