History
Wyman Dam, a hydroelectric dam built in 1930, "connects the southwest corner of the town of Moscow with the southeast corner of Pleasant Ridge Plantation," per Wikipedia's "Wyman Dam" article. The Town of Moscow's own website separately calls it "one of the largest hydroelectric facilities, located in Moscow."
