The fountain in piazza d'Aracoeli. The Sovrintendenza Capitolina gives the author as Giacomo della Porta (1533-1602), dates it 1589, describes it in marble and travertine originally fed by the Acqua Felice, and names the sculptors Andrea Brasca, Pietro Gucci and Pace Naldini.
History
