The Dennis T. Sullivan Memorial Home at 870 Bush Street is San Francisco Landmark No. 42, designated in 1971. It is the Fire Chief's residence and carries M. Earl Cummings' bronze plaque to Dennis T. Sullivan (1852-1906), dated 1921, accession 1921.1 in the Civic Art Collection.
History
The Civic Art Collection records the plaque as 88 by 41.5 by 5.5 inches. The house is a residence, so there are no visiting hours and the plaque is read from the pavement.
