Museo Nazionale Romano - Museo dell'Arte Salvata (Aula Ottagona)
Museum · Castro Pretorio, Italy
The Museo Nazionale Romano's display of recovered antiquities, in the Octagonal Hall of the Baths of Diocletian.
History
Turismo Roma records that the Museo dell'Arte Salvata occupies the Aula Ottagona of the Museo Nazionale Romano - Terme di Diocleziano, at Via Giuseppe Romita 8. Turismo Roma's separate page for the Baths of Diocletian places that octagonal hall in the western corner of the complex, at the junction with today's Via Parigi, which is the one independent Roma Capitale confirmation of where it stands. Turismo Roma republishes the ticket office closing time as 18.00 and the museum as closed on Monday.
