The headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, standing at the start of Viale Aventino on the corner with Viale delle Terme di Caracalla. History
Designed by Vittorio Cafiero and Mario Ridolfi and begun in 1938 as the seat of the Ministero dell'Africa Italiana, formerly the Ministero delle Colonie, which was abolished in 1953, it was finished after the war and given to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, whose headquarters it is. it.wikipedia's article on the rione records that Viale Aventino, opened in those years, was originally named Viale Africa, and that the name later passed to a street in EUR.
