History
The Grade II listing was made on 19 January 2016 as list entry 1430402. David McFall made the bronze in 1958-59 and it was erected in 1959. It commemorates Churchill's service as member for the Woodford constituency: he was elected for Epping in 1924, held the new Woodford seat from 1945 and stood down in 1964.
