The Real Estate Associates Houses

Four speculative houses on one block of Clay Street, at 2503, 2524, 2530 and 2536, entered on the federal register as one group. They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places, reference number 85000705, on 4 April 1985. All four are private residences and no source states opening hours, so none are given here.
History
The Real Estate Associates, known as TREA, was the developer that built 2115-2125 Bush Street and 1942-1948 Sutter Street. It put up more than a thousand houses in the Mission, the Western Addition and this ridge during the 1870s, selling to the working-class market on easy credit.
