Airport House is the terminal and control tower of Croydon Airport, on Purley Way at CR0 0XZ, Grade II* listed as NHLE 1188970. It is in office use with a volunteer-run visitor centre, and a De Havilland Heron is displayed on the forecourt; no source states its opening days, so none are given here.
History
Historic England first listed the building on 1 August 1978 and amended the entry on 5 May 2017. Its reasons for designation describe an integrated airport terminal building and control tower, 1926-28 by the Air Ministry Department of Buildings and Works, listed at Grade II* partly for its historic interest as an example of the first wave of purpose-built airport terminals and as Britain's first international airport, which is Historic England's own phrase. The record carries fifteen national grid references across the terminal and control tower group.
