Casa di Lorenzo Manilio

Roma Capitale's page for the rione carries the full Latin text with an Italian translation. It records that Lorenzo Manilio built the house from the foundations on piazza Giudea, for himself and his descendants, in the year 2221 from the foundation of Rome, at the age of 50 years, 3 months and 2 days, on the eleventh day before the calends of August. His name is repeated three times in Latin and once in Greek on the architraves, and the motto Ave Roma is cut on the windows.
