Its own site states that up to 10,000 fortune cookies are made a day, baked fresh on a cast-iron rotating griddle wheel, and that it sells chocolate, strawberry and green-tea cookies as well as custom fortunes for collection in the shop. The factory's own site states two different sets of opening hours, so none are given here.
