The exhibition building of the Fondazione Elena e Claudio Cerasi, at Via Merulana 121: its own site gives 1,800 square metres over four exhibition floors and 90 works of the Scuola Romana and the Italian twentieth century. Hours are hourly entry slots from 12:00 to 20:00 Wednesday to Friday and 10:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and Sunday, last entry 19:00 on both; the sculpture hall, CafeCulture and BookCulture open Wednesday to Sunday 09:00 to 20:00, with free access.
History
The building stands on the east frontage of via Merulana, which is the Esquilino side of the street; the west frontage is the rione Monti.
