History
Roma Capitale's toponymy register carries the street under the naming programme of 1885, notes it R. PRATI in the determination of 1 March 1954, and records a variation of its limits by Del. G. Com. n. 404 of 3 December 2008. It is dedicated to Vittoria Colonna, daughter of Fabrizio Colonna and Agnese di Montefeltro. Roma Segreta records that the street was originally called Via Reale.
