Tin How Temple

Tin How Temple occupies the top floor of a building at 125 Waverly Place and is dedicated to the sea goddess Mazu, known in Cantonese as Tin How. The Sue Hing Benevolent Association, which had acquired the temple before the 1906 fire, put up the present four-storey building on the site and reopened the temple in 1910; SF Planning records the building's construction year as 1911. The temple closed in 1955 and reopened on 4 May 1975. Photography is not permitted inside. No source states its opening hours, so none are given here.
