A Marian sanctuary on via Laurentina, until April 2025 called Santa Maria del Terzo Millennio alle Tre Fontane. It is a place in its own right and is not part of the Abbazia delle Tre Fontane's complex. No source states its opening hours, so none are given here.
History
The site is the grotto where, on 12 April 1947, Bruno Cornacchiola said the Madonna appeared to him and his three children. The Catholic Church has not recognised the apparitions. In 1956 Pius XII allowed a chapel of devotion to be built there, its custody entrusted to the Frati Minori Conventuali. In 1997 John Paul II changed the sanctuary's name to Santa Maria del Terzo Millennio alle Tre Fontane, and on 12 April 2025 a decree of Pope Francis raised it to a diocesan sanctuary under the name Vergine della Rivelazione - Madre della Chiesa.
