The picture gallery inside Palazzo Doria Pamphilj, entered from Via del Corso 305. Its own site gives Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 19.00 with last entry at 18.00, and Friday to Sunday 10.00 to 20.00 with last entry at 19.00; it is closed every Wednesday and on 1 January, Easter and 25 December. There is no cloakroom and booking is advised.
History
The pictures still hang to the late eighteenth-century arrangement documented in a 1767 manuscript held in the family archive. One caveat is worth knowing before booking: the Appartamenti Segreti with the Bagno di Diana are run separately, and the site states they are not included in the gallery ticket.
